Dawn Burke Sena founded Social Solutions, Inc., in 2001 and her company serves as a
liaison for children, young adults and professionals — anyone eager to enhance their level of social expertise.
Her commitment to the restoration of grace, poise and social protocol is unparalleled.

With over 25 years in the hospitality business, Dawn and her husband Luca currently own and operate the
award winning Penn’s View Hotel and Ristorante Panorama. Dawn’s tenure with the Four Seasons Hotel in
Philadelphia, the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino and the Playboy Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City,
New Jersey allowed her to observe how poise and grace opened doors, no matter how exclusive.
Recognizing the benefits of good manners, Dawn started her own company in order to share her knowledge
of the traditional concepts of protocol and etiquette to a contemporary audience.
Her ability and experience have lead grateful clients to see immediate results, and to implement the
information she shares with ease and confidence.

Certified with Dorothea Johnson, Director of The Protocol School of Washington, she continued to augment her
knowledge through studying with Jacqueline Whitmore, founder of the Protocol School of Palm Beach. Dawn holds a
Degree of Hospitality Technologies-Hotel Management, Phi Theta Kappa from Community College of
Philadelphia and remains a licensed Cosmetologist for over 30 years.

A member of the Society Hill Civic Association, Philadelphia Hospitality,The Cosmopolitan Club and the SBDC Pennsylvania,
Dawn and her family enjoy numerous volunteering opportunities while residing in Philadelphia .
